21. *note: this only works if you have tivo/on demand* watch the same episode of a TV show over and over again until the sound of it makes you feel like jumping off a cliff (this is really fun. I’ve tried it before.)

23. oh ya, back to #21: if you don’t have tivo, try to convince your parents to buy it. if you’re an adult, try to convince your husband/wife to buy it. if you are a single adult, try to convince yourself to buy it.

26. look for the TV remote for 30 minutes. instead of pressing the button on the TV.
27. make your own website about what to do when you’re bored
28. use bad spelling/grammar
29. try to teach yourself to write with your left hand. unless you’re left-handed. then try to teach yourself to write with your right hand.
30. play Tony Hawk Underground 2: World Destruction Tour. purposly fall and watch your character bleed
